These delicious gluten-free Lazzaroni pastries combine the aromatic flavor of the shortcrust pastry with the fresh velvety of the apricot jam.
Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. Ingredients: potato starch, apricot filling 24% (glucose-fructose syrup; apricot puree 30% – corresponding to 7% of the finished product-; humectant: glycerol; sugar; gelling agent: pectin; natural flavourings; acidity regulator: citric acid), butter, sugar, rice flour, corn flour, corn starch, eggs* 5%, glucose syrup, salt, natural flavouring.
May contain nuts, soya, sesame seeds.*Barn eggs.
Keep in a cool and dry place. Palm oil free.
