nPreparation and use
n1 Filter – Place the filter in a cup and gently pour boiling water, if possible not directly on the filter.
n4-5 Minutes – Leave the chamomile to infuse for 4-5 minutes (preferably covering the cup, so as to keep the fragrance of the scent that characterizes it intact).
