Molisana Scialatielli (500gr). Durum wheat pasta. The scialatielli from La Molisana have a rectangular section, similar to that of tagliatelle, but are thicker and irregular. Furthermore, they are incredibly tenacious and pair perfectly with succulent fish-based recipes or fragrant meat or vegetable ragouts.
