Pecorino aged  is a typical Sicilian cooked cheese, prepared exclusively with sheep’s milk.

Manual processing and maturing give this cheese an intense, persistent and decisive flavour. The consistency of the pasta is hard, which makes it ideal to eat raw.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep’s MILK, salt, rennet and lactic ferments.
